no pain no gain

Well it's that time of yr again time to dust off the tracksuit and trainers and head back to the gym for some serious torture, I was doing so well until I done 1 too many 10ks for charity and busted my SI joint which has managed to set me bk alot no more running or walking for me,
I was doing kettlebells and the trx combo but had to give up in the run up to christmas due to injury and kids been sick but on the 3rd of jan i returned and I have now done 3 days in a row and wow am I sore I ache in places I never knew I had muscles it hurts to stand up, to walk up the stairs n to laugh my poor stomach is in bits but as they say no pain no gain well I had better b gaining some muscle tightness soon.
